Alcoholics Anonymous is a
fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with
each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover
from alcoholism. The only requirement
for membership is a desire to stop drinking.
There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self-supporting
through our own contributions. AA is not
allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does
not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help
other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.

Want to Stay Sober?Become a Home Group member. Home group members attend all their group's meetings, attend business meetings, and take service positions. For example, Moscow Friday Night needs more home group members. The business meeting is the 2nd Friday of the month, and there are service positions open such as assistant treasurer, meeting chairperson, coffee-maker, greeter, etc. If you want to stay sober and get well, get into service! All groups need home group members and have service positions open (or can create them!). If you want to know how to become a home group member, go to a meeting and ASK! |
